The shower was amazing, and the room was spacious and modern. It's just a short walk to the main train station.

I really liked the room, it was big and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and it was a modern room. You didn't hear any noises from other rooms. The breakfast was good (especially the croissants filled with melted chocolate and covered with nuggets...for my taste very good!) The last day, since our plane was leaving in the afternoon, we asked in the reception of the hotel if we could leave the room later (late check-out) and without any problem they gave us the opportunity to finish seeing places in Milan and to hurry our stay to the maximum. The hotel staff was very kind and good :) I was right to choose this hotel, I would stay there again and I would recommend it 100%, right next to the Central Station, very well connected with buses, tram and metro. About 30 minutes walk from the center.
The views from the room to office buildings as it was on the 3rd floor of the hotel but it was the least of our worries, it wasn't a problem.

Rooms were large and clean. There was a good choice for breakfast. Staff were helpful in moving our room when the TV broke in the original room.
The hotel is not in the centre and was a bit of a trek to get to - not particularly in nice surroundings and no real ambience in the hotel - would recommend staying somewhere more central. Also its a real high-rise - we stayed on the 15th floor which I didn't particularly like, so if you don't like heights then this hotel is not for you!

no comment - as i stayed just for the night and left early
no comment - the directions on the website for the location was not very informative - had to use a google map and reference point of newyork hotel on the map helped me find it with ease.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and I loved the unique pillow options! However, the photos weren't accurate regarding the room's sofa.

We were in the Junior Suite which was very spacious. The breakfast is fine- with vegetables and edds (you don't see it everyday in Italy) and the hotel staff speak fluent english. The hotel located near the central station- good location for travel in the city but not a nice place to walk in night.
It was very hard to find the hotel- you can't see it from the main road, even with the gps. The sign for the hotel is hidden behind the trees. The room maybe spacious but the walls are cracked and the furnitures were broken.

proximity to train station.
Too noisy. Guests sat in the courtyard drinking and were quite loud until after 2 am every night. Despite calling the front desk, nothing was done about this.

The train station is close to the hotel, very central location. Make sure you stay in the junior suite with lovely bathroom. Would stay here again for comprehensive breakfast.

It is close to the central station. The breakfast is reasonably good. The room is quite large for two adults with two children. The hotel staff kindly accepted late checkout.
Not that easy to find the hotel. No restaurants could be found just around the hotel.

The location near Milan Central Station is convenient, and the room was quite spacious with a great shower. Breakfast was solid but the reception staff could use a friendlier approach. Despite minor issues, it provides a pleasant stay overall.
